Do you accept orders placed worldwide?

We sure do! It doesn’t matter if you’re from the US or Australia we ship worldwide!

What are your delivery charges?

All our items are sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Our UK shipping  starts at £3.50 for smaller items and £5.00 for larger items.

For international orders, shipping charges are £8.00 for smaller items and £12 for larger items.

There is no additional cost for more items as postage is combined.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal, Shop Pay & Bank Transfer

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

We accept Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Shopify has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 3 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 weeks plus. Pre-orders however may be longer.

What is this Mersija's return and exchange policy?

At Mersija we accept all returns and exchanges 7 days from receipt date. This does not apply to personalised items; we do not accept returns on personalised products.
